Prescriptions

Dana Pharmacy can dispense both NHS & Private Prescriptions. We offer a repeat prescription service to enable our customers to order & collect their regularly prescribed medicines directly from Dana Pharmacy. We can ensure your medication is ordered & dispensed and ready for you to pick up at a convenient time. We can also arrange delivery free of charge to your home.

We collect prescriptions from an extensive list of surgeries; including some of the following:

• Cedars Medical Centre

• Oxford Drive Surgery

• Wood Lane Medical Centre

• St Martin’s Medical Centre (Ruislip & Ickenham)

• Southcote Clinic

• King Edwards Medical Centre

• Swakeleys Medical Centre

• Dr Siddiqui (21 Walnut Way)

Dana Pharmacy also offers the Electronic Prescription Service (EPS). This service allows you to choose or ‘nominate’ a pharmacy to get your medicines and appliances from. Your GP will send your prescription(s) electronically to the pharmacy you have nominated saving you time.

• You will not have to visit your GP practice to pick up your paper prescription. Instead, your GP will send it electronically    to the pharmacy you have chosen.

• Enables you to have more choice about where you can get your medicines from.

 

• You may not have to wait as long at the pharmacy as there will be time for your repeat or one off prescription(s) to be      ready before you arrive.
